Dancing Machines

Macias gets some afternoon practice outside of the Alter Ego student lounge.

 

Macias and Waldrop perform tandem chest pumping and arm waves.

 

Waldrop performs popping animation and freestyle to create an illusionary style of dance that mimics that of a robot.

Starting a crew, Rebel Lights,  with dance partner, Jose Macias.

Can be seen practicing moves every Wednesday with Macias.

London Summers is the Courier’s Photography Editor. Back in high school London was a part of the schools yearbook staff as a photographer and editor. He also has done photo shoots for local Chicago rap groups such the COOL Cats and The Highest Low. In addition to that his specialty in photography is sports, more specifically skateboarding.
