The registration office held their second annual pumpkin decorating contest this week. Eleven registration staff members entered the contest and some creations included a penguin pumpkin, a Chaparral pumpkin, and many more.
Last year the Registration staff voted amongst themselves but this year they decided to let any students, faculty, visitors, or administration vote as they walked by the office and saw the contestant pumpkins on display.
First place winner was a mummy pumpkin, decorated by Caitlin Roam, second place was Debbie Schoenrock who decorated her pumpkin as a clown, and third place was a pumpkin with the face of skull decorated by Lynn Schweitz. (Winners pictured above.)
The prizes were fun holiday goodie bags filled with candy, Halloween and Thanksgiving trinkets, and decorations.
This is something Registration does for fun to celebrate Halloween.
